




GENERAL INFORMATION
Our delivery time for embroidered patches is approximately five to seven weeks from date of order entry. For enameled pins, the delivery time is approximately six to eight weeks. Faster delivery can be made upon request, but only on a case-by-case basis. We will make every effort to meet a requested delivery date. Due to production contingencies and federal restrictions on importing textile materials into the U.S., we cannot, however, be responsible for damages caused by a delay in production or shipment.

At no extra charge, the computer graphics department at our factories will improve your rough sketch or interpret your idea into a work of art that will be suitable from which to make a patch or a pin. A colored sketch or artwork, a black and white sketch or artwork with colors identified, or a sample patch or pin are preferred. Artwork does not need to be the correct size, but should be in correct proportion. Rough sketches, sketches without colors clearly marked or without detailed instructions may delay processing of your order.

In an effort to offer you lower prices, better quality, and improved service, our patches and pins are manufactured in the Far East. Even after arranging for overseas air express service, applying for formal entry and clearing U.S. Customs, we can still deliver your patches or pins to your door at the most competitive prices in the U.S. If you like doing business with us, but have a competitor's quotation for a lower price; we would appreciate the opportunity to review our price. We do not, however, participate in the "We'll match any competitor's price" game. All prices are FOB Newton, Kansas and include overseas air express, customs duty and broker's fees.

Firm quotations given by mail, phone or FAX are valid for thirty days unless otherwise specified. No order is too large or difficult for us. For larger quantities or bid orders, please send a sketch or sample for quotation.

Our guarantee is very simple. If you are not completely satisfied, we will either replace the items at no additional charge, or cheerfully and promptly refund your money.

All claims on defective products must be made within ten days of receipt of goods. To file a claim, please send a sample of the product in question.

Send full payment with your order and we will prepay the shipping charges to your door. Send 50% with your order and we will invoice you the other 50% plus the shipping charges from Newton, Kansas at the time of shipment. Net 30-day terms are available for established accounts, FOB Newton, Kansas. Any invoiced amount not paid in thirty days will be billed a service charge of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) on the past due balance. In addition, delinquent accounts may be charged collection costs including, but not limited to court costs, attorney fees, collection agency fees and other expenses.
